Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Insurance AI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including agency administrators, staff members, and any other individuals granted access by an authorized agency.

Insurance AI provides a cloud-based insurance management platform that includes tools for inbox management, customer tracking, queue workflows, form building, policy administration, and team collaboration. Features and capabilities may change over time as we improve the product.

Access is provided on a subscription basis to licensed insurance agencies and their authorized personnel. Certain features may require additional permissions or subscription tiers.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

Agency administrators are responsible for managing access for their team members, including promptly revoking access when a team member leaves the organization.

You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes in connection with legitimate insurance agency operations. You agree not to:

• Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit unauthorized or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the platform available to unauthorized third parties

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Statement.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input about customers or contacts is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents.

If you connect email accounts to the platform, you authorize Insurance AI to access, retrieve, and display email content within the platform on your behalf. We access only the data necessary to provide the inbox and communication features.

You remain responsible for compliance with any email policies, privacy regulations, or terms of service applicable to the email providers you connect (for example, Microsoft Outlook or IMAP-based providers).

All intellectual property in the platform, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Insurance AI. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without our express written permission.

The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including email providers, carriers, and wholesalers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise act in a manner that harms the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data prior to termination; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Insurance AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
